Someone (John, with an indian accent) called my private phone line to report that my computer was compromised.

I do not have a private computer only a company one, which I know is not associated to my private number.

The number he called from was 646 856 9319, NY, USA and he told me that the company was yourtickets.com a registered BBB company.

He very insistingly demanded that I get in front of my computer and logged in to a site, to access my computer and improve my firewalls.

I mentioned that I was not going to do such a thing until I knew more about him and his business and he told me that the company was in charge of monitoring my IP address which I know is a lie.

I told him that I was reporting him to the BBB, which had the advantages to make him hang up right away.

Please go after these types of business that are crippling our country....
