Placed 2 orders on May 15 with Dave Roberts totaling $1,035. It is been over 4 months he has yet to refund or ship my product. He now states he is selling the business and refund checks would be sent at the end of September which it is now and i still do not have any refund. He will not respond to voicemails emails phone calls there is no way to get in contact with him. He lives in Florida. You place the order online and send a money order to Fairway Marketing Group who then processes the order and the Cannabis is sent from California. I filed complaints with both the Attorney General of Florida as well as the Attorney General of California regarding this issue. I just want my money back for the products that I paid for and never received. I have email chain stating that product was out of stock and would be mailed at the end of such month then oh no it's going to be another 90 days and then oh no I'm selling the business it's going to be the end of September you'll receive a refund none of which has occurred. I purchased these products to help me with some medical issues that I've been dealing with and I feel like I've been completely taken advantage of at this point. Dave Roberts has stolen from sick people and must be stopped.
