I have been met with the same issue.. the shoes I ordered and what arrived is completely different and further was uncomfortable due to soul of the shoe. Upon contacting Yoinsu via email for either an exchange of the item for the correct item or my full refund... They
responded with saying I can keep the item and they will only refund 30%. This unacceptable and I have been going back and forth with them... Even this morning I am still going back and forth with them...it is very important to share this on all social media and further fike a complaint with the BBB...it is very important not to stop with issues like this...

You advertised high quality shoes at an affordable price. When I received the shoe after waiting to 20 days delivery. Worst of time. You delivery a cheap quality plastic china looking shoe that doesn't even look like the shoe they advertised. I really want my money back. They don't have a phone number. I'm scammed. I want my money back. You are a fraud.

Bait-and-switch. I was sold a product that was replaced by something I did not order. I contact customer support and they tried to get me to keep it with minimal refund. I asked for full refund and to return the product. They stopped communicating with me.
