Received fake invoice for directory listing with fictitious account number and invoice number. Our business has never had any dealings with this directory publisher or any other directory publisher. When a phone contact was tried at the listed number, it answers as customer service and then a recording comes up after a while to state that " Leave a message for callback" and that is never followed up. The letter itself does not say about solicitation or advertisement.

I received a letter charging me for services on the yellow pages. I do not have a business in that location. I call the number and it is always a recording. I provided the contact information and never got a call back. I call the yellow pages and they had no idea of my account... I google the location for sending the check and it is a POBox on Lancaster PA as above.

Scam is a succession of continual bills for "Yellow Pages Directory." The scam continues year after year. When one complains to the ScamPulse.com the scammers know to continue with your address. They move the location of their billing addresses into different states and countries. The billed amounts often differ.

Received a bill this week (April 4, 2016) from Yellow Pages Directory @ 1711 Cudaback Ave #2754 Niagara Falls, NY 14303. toll: 877-713-2612. fax 888-418-1227. The billing is for Sic Code--Description Optometrists OD for $581.89. We did not order this or have any idea why we received this bill. The contact person is the owner and denies any authorization of this order. We have received scam bills like this before.

Received a bill for $488.86. I had called this company a few years ago to inquire about how our office had a bill with this company we do not use, only to find out it was an advertisement. The statement we just got is complete with an account number (although we've never used this company), a due date, and an invoice number. There is no way to understand this is an advertisement.

We are a business that received a fax that said we needed to update our information on our business addresses and telephone was incorrect. They then sent us invoices saying we owed them $1,200 to advertise which we do not want to and were never informed of this. They call constantly and are threatening us. They didn't even have the correct farm name.

It's a Invoice asking for payment for a listing that was not authorized. Tried calling them several times but it goes to voicemail stating "Customer Service". The voicemail doesn't even address a company know or who they are. Just says "Thank you for calling Customer Service." Nice and vague.
