Received a bill in the mail for $*** for a “web profile” that we never had this company make. We have never ordered anything from them or had any service provided by them. This is a fake bill. It doesn’t even provide a website and no one answers the phone.

Recieved an invoice stating I owed $497.83 for web lisitng for physicians office. We have never been contacted by these individuals, never authorized service. We have been through other yellow page scams. Have gone as far as turning over to our lawyer.

Never ordered any type of directory service for a business that has been closed for years. Letter received 9/25/17 single page logo of Yellow Pages (fingers walking over open book) in upper right and lower right. Only indication that this might be a solicitation is a Special Offer Code, but there is nothing to say this is not a bill that must be paid. Payment is requested by check in the amount of 497.83. There is a note that a free "basic" service was provided 9/22/16 which was also never ordered. Although the service charged is for a WEB PROFILE, there is no website or email listed. Phone contact goes to voicemail.

My business received an invoice today through the mail from Yellow Directory Pages. I knew I had not ordered an ad through this company so I called the number on the invoice. It sent me straight to customer service voice mail and never mentioned the company's name. I researched it on the internet and did not find any such business. I feel sure this is a scam.

I have tried to call their phone number, which goes to voice mail.

The invoice has the yellow pages walking fingers logo.
