Responded to an ad on Facebook for three large lighted animated talking Halloween pumpkins. What I received was three tiny plastic pumpkins with faces painted on them. They had nothing on the inside. No animation, no lights, no nothing. Scam! Can't even contact them for a refund. So Mad! Do not order anything on Facebook.

I ordered 7 glass ornaments that were supposed to be Santa in a Mask...instead I got 7 flat, crappy vinyl Santas. They are the worst! I have filed a claim with PayPal but that will take forever. Sad thing is I was really looking forward to the ornaments.

Don't count on Paypal. They will just keep putting you off. I know because I have tried. I will never use Paypal again, and I will not order through Facebook again either. They don't vet these companies at all. And there are multitudes of them - coming out of China.

I ordered TWO Hot Air Brush Hair Dryers and after waiting Four (4) weeks they finally showed up but I am unable to use them because plug is for use outside of the United States. RIP OFF!

I just received my drum.. what a disappointment and a waste of $59 ! OMG>. out of tune.. looks nothing like the one I ordered! I ordered a blue drum , got a black one with stick on numbers that don't stick! Ordered off of Facebook..I guess they don't care if the company is fraudulent as long as they pay for their advertisment! so disgusted! This drum is tiny.. I ordered a 12" not a 6"! ugh..

Somebody ought to do to these PEOPLE and COMPANY what they have done to Us...And give them a dose of their own medicine. Needless to say, I ordered a gaming chair and they sent me 5 of the wheels that go to a gaming chair. But NO CHAIR!..Buyers Beware SCAMMERS of that Company. Purchased a Halloween silicone 'death' mask and received a cheap dime store plastics mask instead. this garbage can be bought at any dollar store in the country. I'll never but from these types anymore! I'm out of $30. How the hell do I get my money back?!

This is laughable to say the least , that is until I read the testimonials of the other people scammed . Ordered extra police strobe lights red & blue but received 2 lights red and white with no connectors and exposed wires . And I waited 2 months for this crap ! ?

Ordered a really nice mask they sent a 5 dollar mask from the dollar store, we called them actually got thru to them, thought they were going to help, then wanted us to go to anydesk.com. DO NOT GO TO ANYDESK. They take over your computer and make you pay them to unlock it...be safe out there all

I ordered an outdoor projector that in the advertisement showed the Nightmare Before Christmas characters but it isn’t. I ordered on Sept 11,2020. Received Oct 27,2020. The projector is small, fragile with 4 discs. Three for Christmas and one for Halloween. Not worth the $58.00 I was scammed out of. What a piece of c**p

I ordered a Halloween mask. Paid 27.58 for it. Waited two weeks it arrived. Took out of package. Was suppose to b silicone with moveable face parts. And what do I pull out a plastic 5.00 mask I could of bought at walmart. This company is a huge scam. I've emailed three times with no response. How can they continue to get away with this. All I ask is to refund my money.

I ordered 2 baby backpacks that convert into a small baby bed for traveling. Instead, I received 2 flimsy nylon backpacks that look nothing like the product online. This is completely fraudulent and of course, I can no longer access the website and now that I've looked closer the email is completely fraudlent as well so there no way of contacting this company. Such a scam.

I ordered the drum that is shown in the picture at the top of this page. You can see it is about twelve inches in diameter, has a gold cord. The videos show someone playing a well tuned musical drum. After waiting for more than eight months, my drum finally came... not only does it not look anything like what I ordered, it is cast metal, and even the wrong shape.nit is so out of tune, that is is no hope of playing anything in tune. It is ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD! Below is a picture of what I received...does it look anything like the drum in the picture? I’ve learned my lesson, so I hope to advise you...Don’t trust any ads from this company. If you can’t trust the ads, you shouldn’t order anything from this company.

Bought two dogs that was supposed to act like a real dog for my granddaughters for Christmas. Didn't get what I paid for at all. Could have gotten this at a dollar store. My granddaughters would be very disappointed in these. These people need to be made to pay everyone back.

I purchased 6 plastic candles that are remote controlled. They came I a plastic bag, every one broken, can never get through to them because the mail box is always full. Plus it cost me $13.00 to return them! Do NOT waste your money! You’ll get crappy product and no refund or correspondence regarding replacing! Go to the dollar store, you’ll get twice the product and twice the craftsmanship! STAY AWAY FROM ANY PRDUCT From THIS COMPANY. Seems like a good deal but you get crap!
