Order from Yarnset never arrived and they refused a refund

An order was placed for a product using their website, yarnset.com. The information said that orders are processed and delivered within 3-7 business days following the order being placed. After a week with no update of the order being sen I reached out to their customer service multiple times and received generic answers about shipping delays. That is when my suspicions began that this was a fraudulent company. Those suspicions were confirmed after, when asking for a refund I was told that one could not be given since the order had already been processed. I asked that if the order had already been processed then it needs to be sent or I wanted my money back, the $55 I paid. Thankfully, PayPal has a money back guarantee that I was about to get a refund from because even after the company said that my order was canceled and that I would get a refund receipt, nothing ever came. And they only agreed to even give me a refund after saying that I reported them for fraudulent activity.
