Confused as to why we would be receiving a bill for a prior year's service, I looked further into the company to find out that their website is sloppy and has almost no information business listings in it. They didn't have a listing for my company but apparently wanted me to pay for their listing services that were being provided. Apparently there are only 4 Walmart's in my entire state as well.
I called back immediately called back and asked to be transferred to the person that had called me. They set the phone down and I could hear 2 people talking in the background in a worried tone before I was transferred. I instructed them not to send me any invoice and that we have had no phone, email, or any other records of them. They suddenly offered to hold off on the invoice until an "investigation" could take place.
