On December, 24, 2024 I ordered a puzzle table from them. I notified them in January that I hadn't received the item. They gave me a tracking number which did not help me track the item. I notified them again and they said they were still looking in to it and please be patient. It is now February 9, 2025 and I have not received the item. I feel that I have been scammed and I hope no one else orders from them

I ordered in Mid December an oufit. I paid successfully. I waited a month, with no contact from them, bor tracking number. I reached out thru email. They answered back saying they are sorry, but look at the logistics and contact the company. I responded back at I dont have any kind of information on them if they can provide that to me. Several back and forth emails, they just keep saying same thing. No resolution.and i even asked for my money back. They never acknowledged that either .i think ive been scammed. All i eant is acknowledgement and my money back.
