I purchased a video game online through the game developers website and it redirected me to xsolla for the payment and fulfillment. I received an email receipt but didn't receive my game code. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes i contacted xsolla support through chat because although i had a receipt the purchase was not showing in the my orders tab on xsolla's website. They then asked me to provide a receipt and proof of payment before either resending the code or refunding. After sending screenshots of the receipt and my bank app over chat and to the support email they provided they kept saying they didnt have enough proof of payment to move forward. After going back and forth for over an hour i realized im not going to see my game or my money so i filled a charge dispute with my bank. After looking at other reviews it seems that this is a common occurence. This greedy unethical company need the book thrown at them for their scummy bussiness practices.

We purchased a game pack on the internet from the website mentioned in the information provided. The payment went through, but we did not receive the game pack as promised. When we called and spoke to a representative, they stated that they would take our email address and have the game sent to us as we stayed on the phone with them. We told them that the game still was not sent and asked to speak to a manager. They stated that there is no manager to talk to. We then asked for a refund to which we were told that a refund cannot be given. We asked to be transferred to someone else to assist us in getting a refund or receiving the game that we had paid for. The sales representative stated again that there is no one else to talk to.
