Unfortunately, I was under the delusion that I was purchasing a new puppy, who would be therefore delivered/flown to our airport. There were unsubstantiated fees for Pet Insurance requested prior to shipping/delivery (unbeknownst to myself prior), using only Cash (US) or Visa Gift Cards, in multiple iterations, with no concrete evidence as to existence of the puppy or its travel (its LIFE). Very unprofessionally written description of requirements, including misspellings, and various types of currency, were communicated within the detailed Email requesting ‘Refundable Life Backup Insurance’. Alleged intent to refund all funds upon request for "CASH", and no means by which confirm telephonically, became obvious after 2nd payment (LOSS Of Investment - $1450.00). This most unethical and dangerous organization (along with its constituencies – Harvey Teacup Poodles) should be reported/exploited for their fraudulent behavior to not only yourself (the BBB), but the FTC, as well as all entities that support the Ethical Treatment of Animals, and those who love and desire to own them. They were still requesting an additional $1500 (or more, depending on the Tier of Coverage, up to a year or more). Thank you.
