On-line purchase of a DIY Miniature metal V-8 Engine kit. I received an order confirmation number, but when I tried to go to the website listed on the confirmation, it didn't exist. I have no way to track my order, or contact Platinul to question the status of my order

I should have checked the reviews first. I ordered a office chair and somehow it shows I ordered 2 so they double charged me. I sent a message through their site only to get a message back saying that its already been shipped and I can't change the address. Change the address? wth? I didn't say anything about change of address.. so I sent another message, same thing was sent back to me! Now, it took a month to get here and says its been delivered at or in my mailbox.. okay, question, how are two boxes with chairs in them going to fit into a mailbox? I looked on USPS tracking and it shows its a lightweight box? Grrrr... I haven't checked my mailbox (small toddler sick & sleeping right now), but I'm sure its not what I ordered. I'm out $67.00 so I'm contacting my credit card and saying its fraud/scam alert, shut this card down, and am going to get a new card.

I ordered 2 electric folding scooters from these guys, NEVER got them, first, I was not able to even track it, and then 2 1/2 months later, I was able to, says ot was delivered, which was bullcrap, I was sitting out there, at the exact time and date it sed it was delivered, and now, im in the middle of arguing with their customer service ( back and forth) for a week now, and they dont wanna refund me...DONT ORDER SHI...
