WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I'm still waiting for one of my orders this is the worse purchuse ever!
Poor quality of clothing and it does not look anything like the website

plus terrible customer service and even worst shipping takes forever.

but I ordered 3 items and I ONLY received 2 of them !

Purchase a watercooled sharpener, from xborder site this cost £41.58 on November 21st, nothing arrived until January 23nd, a package with the right tracking number arrived, with a small jewelry ring, I emailed the seller who replied, tell me the that the warehouse was varifying the situation, I asked for my money back and have not received it.

Terrible Company... Terrible Experience

I ordered a self-cleaning litter box and received a ring instead. I immediately contacted them and they said they needed to verify with their warehouse and get back to me. One week goes by and no response. I send them a follow-up e-mail in which they replied by saying that what they sent was what I ordered, and I need to check with the Post Office. Their shipping label clearly says, "jewelry" and was sent with a tracking number. My order confirmation says, "Self-cleaning litter box". This has absolutely nothing to do with the Post Office. This company sent the wrong item and now they won't make it right.

I bougth a pair of Jordan 1, light blue on line. But unfortunately I have the next day found that non of these companies above exist. I wish I could it see all these reviews before. But I simply don't understand how is that possible that the banks have not taken any action and blocking XBORDERPAY ECOMMERCE! Don't buy online before reading scampulse.com or Trustpilot.
I want my money back in order to buy my child's Chrisrmas gift!

This place needs to be taken off the market and for false advertising. They don't send you what you ordered they replace it with different rings that are ugly. Facebook needs to quit posting items from this place. Also it takes forever to get your packages from this place. I have notified all my friends as to a big RED FLAG warning not to order anything from them. I have turned them into the better business bureau as a BIG SCAM organization.

Ordered 2 gold bands. Received 2 big silver rings, god awful ugly too! Still in the process of getting my FULL refund. They started at 10% now up to 35% refund, telling me they will give me a full refund IF I sent the package back, and when they receive it in their hands, but it'll cost me so much money to do that and take up so much time. I had a feeling the price was too good to be true. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I think they put nice pictures up and send totally different products because they don't have the stuff they post.

I ordered a LeVian ring and gold braclet and received not only a totally different product but fake spraypained gold jewelry. I was told that the warehouse sent me the different ring because they had so many orders and ran out of the ring I purchased.

I had ordered some jerseys with a group of friends and we have not received them. I have been reaching out to them and they assured me it was on the way. I reached out to them again and they called me a thief saying that I received their product and that god will punish me and my family! My order was over $500! I fell for it too I thought it was a Kay jeweler website which now I know isn't about two rings that said Black Friday special 39.99 . It took a while for the rings to come then I said to myself that's not the rain that I looked at so I emailed them saying that this is not the rain and I want the right ring they were like well you have to pay for shipping red flag I'm thinking myself what kind of company would say that you have to pay for shipping and then they were hemming and hawing saying what we're give you a like a discount and things like that after three or four days I just went to Kay Jewelers in the mall and they're like there's no such thing and this jewelry is fake! I have a claim going with my bank at the moment

my boyfriend ordered what he thought was a Bridal Set for $49.00. The website they use is www.Zalseoutlet.com. but it comes up at Zales Outlet webpage. Everything they say is for sale is marked down 98%. They mark it down to bait and capture their victims. Its a Ponzy scheme. They steal your money stay away from this ad on Facebook.

I placed an order on August 14th, 2021. Last update I had received regarding the shipping was that it was in "Charleston,25309,United States,The shipment is in transit in the country of United States". I had emailed them a couple of weeks ago, and was given the same link for the status of the shipment, stating the exact same thing. I wrote them back telling them that I already have that link, and it hadn't changed in a month. A few days ago they sent me a message stating that the shipper changed the tracking number, and there was a link for a new tracking web site. When I went to that web site, it stated that my order was in China! I just looked up Xborder ecommerce and found out they are in CHINA! The first tracking information showed that the package cleared customs on September 3rd, but the new tracking shows that it didn't even arrive at customs until October 28th!
