I was told by the operator I get refund and seen nothing in my bank account and I can't reply any more as they banned me from posting anything yet they said If I have question reply there all sounds wierd and no refund as promised by the merchant as my order never arrived from the seller.

I had placed an order through Ally Products for a dog bed back in January. Got confirmation they got my order, but charged me $20 more than the advertise price. I manage to get them to refund me the difference.
A week later I get a confirmation of shipment with a tracking number. The tracking number showed as invalid for over a week. I reached out to them only for them to reply saying that I would get a new tracking number. Almost 2 weeks later they provided me with another tracking number, but as you might have guessed that tracking number doesn't show up.
I've reached out several times, but alas no response. I'm going to go ahead and call my credit card company to get the money back.

Item ordered but never received -

I saw a shirt?sweater? advertised on Facebook and ordered one. I used my credit card which was charged - and money collected - and I have never received the item I paid for. I tried tracking it down and discovered that there were several other complaints of the same order - others who had ordered and never received what they ordered. At the top of the photo ad is the "name" CRIGNE." The item was advertised as Blue Flower Paisley and the ad says it is "made in South Carolina, U.S." I'd add a photo but I don't know how. Just check out Facebook. Thanks for any help you are able to give me.

I Never received my pallets, never received any money back after I sent repeated emails and messages. I asked for a full refund and no reply back. If I got a message it was to tell me to talk to my local USPS. Which I have done may times and my tracking number was not verified. I feel Facebook should also be accountable because that’s where I heard about them from.
