Charged after cancelling free trial and now their email is gone

I purchased a free trial of wrinkle serum for $6.95 which I received. Afterwards I cancelled subscription. I happen to take a look at my bank statement and saw 2 charges one for $9 and another $29. I emailed this period infuriated asking for the money back he said refund was processed and was going to be available in 3 to 7 days and it's been over a week already and nothing. Yesterday when I went to email them I got an email error message saying domain not found. So I don't know if they blocked me or they took down their email. I lost $38 in total which may not be alot of money to some people but I have ,3 kids I don't work I only get social security disability once a month and my bf just lost his job so now my financial situation is tighter and I need that money back
