I placed an order with Wrenley and Brynn and received my order. The item came from China, was poor quality and did not fit, so I went on the website to see the directions to return it. To my surprise the return information was vague. I filled out the on-line form that was provided TWICE and never received any contact from them. I then sent an email to the customer service email provided and got an automatic response that said that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Still no contact. I them went to their Facebook page and asked someone to contact me. They then blocked me from their Facebook page. I tried the phone number on the website and the number is disconnected. I made a case with my credit card company and guess what? They responded to the credit card company immediately telling them that I was trying to take advantage of them. This company is a scam. Just do a google search and see the complaints. I wish I had done that first.

Company offered women’s clothing line. Purchased 2 outfits and was notified that I would get them in 1 week. After 9 days of no response, I emailed them and received an apology stating they were experiencing high volume and to wait 2-3 weeks. After a couple weeks, emailed them again with a short response. After that, sent several emails with zero response.
