I have the same thing happen to me a guy is contacting me through messenger and asking me if I was contacted for the grant WRCAB gave me a phone number supposedly to contact and agent to apply he told me to text him but I'm not gonna do that.

I was texted on messenger through a friend whom I found out was hacked through Facebook . They asked how I was and asked if I was contacted by WRCAB. I said no why .!went on to explained if I contacted them I could receive money or rather compensation . I finally checked the person Facebook and found she had 2 accounts . Notified her and she said she was hacked . Now they are texting me ! I told them I was reporting them !
