Type of a scam Online Purchase

WOWpetsmart is a dog toy scam!

We purchased four of their so-called indestructible plush chew toys, and our 10-month old shepherd mix ripped through all four within one evening. I sent their customer service messages and photos, and have yet to receive ANY response from them (It's been two weeks). Their claims are fraudulent. Their customer service is non-existent. Their plush toys are no better than those toys one can win at a claw game. A complete scam.

The website pretends to sell indestructible/high quality dog toys - the toy was destroyed in 15 minutes by my small dog (cockapoo). I tried to email them: no answer. I tried to call: phone number is always busy. I am not sure the phone number is valid so the location may not be FL.
