Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service Scam

Stay Away from this place!!!

Ordered a faulty product I couldn’t use. Emailed customer support. Heard from a David McGuigan stating “he was sorry I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase but there was nothing that could be done” as return policy is all sales final. So basically out $65. Company is a scam! Stay away!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from this site. When I slected the shoe size it said 10.5 (US)/46 (eruo) they send me size 40. These shoes were two sizes too small. I have been going back and forth in email with David McGuian on this issue. I kepts referring to a size chart that states 10.5 US converts to 40 in eruo. But that is not what you are advertising on your website. I kept asking why the size selection drop down does not match the size chart, he refuse to answer the question. So i asked for a refund not only am I being charged $20.00 plus in processing and restocking fees, i have to pay for the shipping and tracking as well. This company is a scam and stealing people hard earn money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE!

Do not order from worldgiftdeals.com. They send me a broken product and then demanded that I show them VIDEO PROOF of the issue, I did so and now they are stalling on the return process. Im even willing to accept an exchange. These guys are total scam artists.

I ordered two Galaxy watches yesterday and it cost 116.00 I didn't receive a confirmation email but was supposed to and can't track it because the tracking info was supposed to be in the confirmation email and now I fear I've been ripped off! This company is a scam. Ordered a pair of men's Nike sweatpants. Received a cheap no brand name pair of sweatpants made from China. This company uses blatant advertising fraud with bait and switch tactics. Do not order from this company.

The order was purchased from World Wide Deals. We bought and paid for a back up camera for a friend from church so she could watch behind her when she puts her handicapped daughter into the Van. She needed one and she showed us the one she would like to have. We wanted to get it for her. We ordered it on
January 20, 2020. Have never received it and have contacted the company on many occasions. But still have not received the item or a refund.
I do not recommend this company at all for anyone to purchase anything.

I ordered a pair of night vision goggles $399.99 on May 28, 2020. from Worldgiftdeals.com it was to take 1-5 business days to process the order. Order #WGD-12399. I kept waiting for the order. I would check on status but would see no change from when I ordered. I called the 800 261 3295 and it was no longer in service.Finally July 6, I received a notice that item had shipped from HongKong then was transported across the US toMemphis TN by DHL EXPRESS. Then delivered to Morton, TN. I called or emailed DHL for 3 weeks and finally theDHL rep. told me the seller had updated shipping address to Tennessee. I live in Grand Junction CO. the DHL rep told me over the phone I would have to go back to the seller- WGD.com to resolve the issue. Now I read messages of other complaints and have no way of contacting WGD. so realizeI am another scam victim.

ON MARCH 27, 2020 I ORDERED ON-LINE AN EXTRA LARGE PLAYPEN. THE ORDER WAS PROCESSED AND SUPPOSEDLY SHIPPED BECAUSE MY CHARGE CARD WAS BILLED. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF ANY SHIPMENT SO I CALLED WORLD GIFT DEALS (WGD) AND ALL I RECEIVED WAS AN EMAIL STATING THAT I WOULD RECEIVE MY ORDER WITHIN 10 TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT. WELL, TODAY IS MAY 11, 2020 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER THAT COST $179.90!!!!!! SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND BUT THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE DAVID MCGUIGAN STATED THAT SINCE MY ORDER HAS ALREADY PROCESSED MY MONEY CANNOT BE REFUNDED. WELL, I HAVE NOT RECIEIVED THE PLAYPEN. A TRACKING NUMBER WAS SENT THAT I ELIEVE IS BOGUS AS MY ORDER HAS BEEN IN HONG KONG SINCE APRIL 10, 2020!!!!! I FEEL THAT I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED OUT OF $179.90!!!!!!!!

World Gift Deals is a scam. Dan Ziernicki is the owner of two websites https://worldgiftdeals.com and https://giftwows.com. He is running a big scam there. He is shipping all counterfeited items from China and selling at a double price. If you want to buy something from these websites then it's better to order from Aliexpress. Atleast you'll get security and if item is not delivered then you'll get your money back. But Dan will not return your money. He will change his payment gateway so even if you file a chargeback then also he'll remain unaffected and you will neither get your money nor your order. Please please please don't order from these websites.
