When I got to the office, I discovered there is NO CHARGE and they did not know who charged me. Also, I didn't even need the TSA Precheck pass as I have Global Entry and that also works for a pre check.
When I asked the question on line, the answer SHOULD have been you do not need to have anyone do it for you, you can call and get an appointment yourself. The fee is 78.00 and ALSO, I wouldn't need one. It was not an information sight at all, it was a way to make money. I am 84 years old and on SS and DO NOT like to be taken advantage of in these years of the 'fast buck'
Also, I had to put in MY email because it wouldn't accept the TSA.gov, they used as their email.
