Company had a sale online displaying Figs scrubs using actual picture of their products. Once the payment was processed notes that it was a different company. Asked to have the order cancelled immediately which it wasn’t. I was sent a tracking number. The tracking number shows the package e ing delivered after a month in transit but no package was actually delivered. Cannot look up the order online. Can not verify the shipping company is legit. Keep getting the runaround from the “company”. They refuse to just refund which lends credence to them not being a legit company.
