I would give this zero stars if possible. I ordered the Wibargain electronics box, and it took more than 2 MONTHS to be Shipped. I called multiple times and left messages because, during the working hours, no one was working. No one returned my calls. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read the fine print No Refund. I got a $10 off-brand fitness tracker that is at least 5 years old, and that was the only electronic that I received. When doing research online and on the website, it looks as though high-quality items would be included, but they are not. FALSE ADVERTISING. Horrible people endorse these products. The rest of the items were broken cases for devices I do not own. WASTE of MONEY. DO NOT BUY. BAD EVERYTHING. WASTE OF TIME. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Scam! Made a purchase 13 weeks ago, no product. Multiple emails with promise of next week but nothing. Asked multiple times for a refund and they refuse. I have also commented on their social media and they have erased my comments and blocked me. I can’t believe they are still operating with all the scam reports.

I recently bought a $148 premium electronics mystery box, and waited 2 months to receive the package and upon arrival received a box full of used clothes. Unpacked masks and underwear. I contacted the company to talk to a supervisor and would not let me talk to them. They admitted to having issues with packages being switched at shipping and would only give me a $75 store coupon upon next purchase. Every time I try to call no will answer phone and directed straight to voicemail.

I came across an ad on TikTok for WiBargin.com. I checked out their site and ended up bargaining for a Premium Target box which was to include electronics, small appliances, home decor and clothes. I ordered my box on March 7, 2021. My box finally shipped April 14, 2021 and was received today April 17, 2021. When I unboxed it all I found was pens, party hats, party balloons, some stuff from Amazon, tissue paper and some empty Easter eggs. This is false product advertising and it’s happened to more than just myself. I will be taking necessary legal action to correct this.

Stay far far away from this company. They reel you in with all the sponsored ads and videos on Tik Tok or Utube but when its time to open your box, usually after you've had to call them 3 or 4 times to find out where your box is, it nothing but unusable JUNK. It literally looked like they went around the neighborhood on trash day and picked items from everyone trash and put it in a box and sold it. Then try to call and get your money back...fat chance. They will give your 50% store credit....for what? More junk. No thank you!!!!!!

0Buyer beware wibargain.com is providing mystery boxes from department stores full of returned items only the items they send there affiliated marketing people are much better than the ones they send a normal person the box I saw on social media was from Lowe’s and was full of expensive dewalt tools totaling 700$ and the box I received did not have one tool and was full of **** worth about 60$ Full of returns with all missing parts
