They'll send you an invoice letting you know your order is ready. They'll send you their cash app ($monsanto96) and name (Jordan) on it. Once the money has been sent they'll ask for a screen shot. After that they waited a few hours to tell me I need to send 299 extra for insurance. Once I did let them know I couldn't afford it and to refund me my money'm they stopped replying. I requested a refund on cash app and they declined my refund. I did message them again and no reply at all
