Because I did not respond, I lost nothing. The "person" asked "What have you been busy about lately?".

I blocked the caller, but got another message from a different phone number, same kind of message.

Other number texted from: 213 803 3998. I also blocked this one. The two phone number I listed are not mine, they are the texter's phone numbers. It was unclear to me which one you wanted in this questionnaire.
