I contacted WBGC yesterday regarding the purchase of a English Bulldog puppy in the amount of $580.00! I received a return email indicating that the breeders now live in El Paso Texas and I was given a telephone number with an Ohio Area Code number! Seems like these are the same fraudsters that were operating in the Cleveland Ohio area a couple years back ! Why are they able to continue to perpetuate the same scams without facing criminal charges ?

Contacted this company in regards to purchasing a bull dog puppy. Agreement was arranged for the payment for the dog and for shipping which was paid, then all of a sudden was sent an exorbitant “insurance fee” that needed to be paid that was never mentioned beforehand. Looking up the shipping company that required this insurance led us to discover that the company was fraudulent. When we contacted the breeder to request he use a more reputable company he started calling and refused to switch, or to pay the fee himself and to be reimbursed when the dog arrived.eventually he stopped responding and the money was not refunded
