I received this letter today it really caught my attention. I know for a fact it’s a Scam . Now with COVID 19 everyone is using any type of access to defraud you it’s unfortunate .. I feel people should be more aware especially seeing the amount on the check .. Would catch anybody’s attention especially the tough times with having to do with COVID 19
Please make people more aware of these types of Scams

Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

Received a United States Postal Service envelope by mail, along with a letter and check in the amount of $2,930 in my name with instructions to deposit in my bank. Instructions included to take a cashiers check of $40 made out to Kidney Foundation and then proceed to spend $40 at two different Walmarts along with gift cards totaling $2,480. Taking pics and texting of my purchases at every move during my assignments.
