I checked my account balance today and noticed a "recurring purchase" of $29.95 to Genius Health MD. I hadn't signed up for anything related to this charge so I called the number that was noted 888-866-5481. I asked what the service was and I got the runaround really about what "services" they provided. I've been told I will get a refund in 7-10 days because they have a "90 day no questions asked policy" but I'd like to report it regardless because it's still fraud,I just happened to check my account and saw it.

I received a fraud alert from Chase about a charge from LLM*SHAPEMENTOR in the amount of $14.95. I immediately called Chase to deal with the issue (to which they reversed the charge and issued me a new card). I also received an email from Wellness Watchers MD welcoming me to their membership site --- to which I did NOT sign up for. No where on the website nor email is their physical address listed which is a red flag and violates can-spam rules.

After reading all the stories from others --- I am going to avoid contacting them and just dealing with Chase.

Out of the blue, I had a charge on a credit card for a service I would NEVER purchase. When I called the # on the charge, they said I must have bought a health care item or received a free trial offer that had all of my information....not likely, since I would not provide my CC # for a "free" trial, and I try to use PayPal often to protect my information. The person said they will refund my $$ and then erase my information....but that requires a second call. This seems like identity theft....as they have opened and unauthorized service in my name.

Charged my credit card 19.95 without any authorization. I don't even know how they got my credit card number or other information. It is complete BS! I called and they said I would receive a refund in 3-5 days but I will have to see about that. This company should be shut down. This is illegal!

Same exact thing happened to me!
I called and the name of the company over the phone is "HOLISTIC BASED HEALTH", yet the name given thru their email is "WELLNESSWATCHERSMD". These stupid scam criminals can't even get their own name right? They should be charged and thrown in prison for stealing money from people!
