I ordered the two bottle and received an additional bottle "free". You are offered and advised to also purchase 2 bottles of Detox @ $30.00 each. Nowhere on the page promoting Detox was an option to opt out. I was unaware that I would automatically be shipped and charged for the Detox. I called with my complaint and received $114.00 refund off my order of $229.99 as I felt the Detox offer was deceptive.
After receiving my order I took the KETO gummies for a week and had an allergic reaction, I took ONE Detox tablet and became ill.
I called for a return authorization number and asked what my refund would be and they would not tell me until the products had been returned. After the poor experience I had been through with customer service I was not about to send anything back not knowing if I'd ever hear from them again!!
I was told that I would not be refunded for opened bottles. Please read this....it is their RETURN POLICY listed in their legally binding "terms of service" :
Return Policy:
In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone or email and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send back the opened or unopened product to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within thirty (30) days from reciept of product. In order for your refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days from reciept of product. You pay for return shipping. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund.Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
TERMS OF SERVICE
This Terms of Service ("TOS") is a legally binding agreement made by and between Wellness Crane LLC ("we" or "us") and you.
NOTE that the return policy states the OPENED or UNOPENED bottles may be returned for issuance of refund.
They will tell you on the phone that the unopened bottles will not be refunded despite what their policy states!
This company is making millions based on deception and furthermore it does not work !!
BEWARE!!! I will also contact the ScamPulse.com with my experience. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you have $200 to throw out the window!
