I ordered a National Park Service hoodie and it’s a complete piece of trash that doesn’t match the website. The front says National Park while the sleeves say National Parks, the buffalo icon online is somehow a claw icon on the shirt, and the whole thing is blurry.
After I ordered it, I saw a review on the site that made me realize they were paying people to review products and contacted them to cancel immediately. Despite their website saying they can cancel but will hold 30% of the price, they claimed it was too late and refused to cancel the order. I have been in a constant email battle and they just suggested I keep the shirt and they’d send me $3.
