Update to my previous complaint. “Rachel” responded with an offer to either keep their junk and buy another for $35 OR still keep their junk and be issued a 30% refund. Wow. Just wow. They don’t even want their crap back. Stay. AWAY!

Order on April 1, 2021 and received on April 26, 2021. Fast shipping considering it shipped from Shanghai, China! I’m including photos. What I ordered vs what I got. Completely pissed the F off right now. I have initiated a return for refund but doubt I will hear back from “Rachel”.

I was browsing online for jackets and cam across the website “WellWorn” and saw an item that I liked, so I decided to give this website a chance and placed the order. Since then, I have not have had any updates on my order so I reached out to the company via phone and it’s automated where you can’t actually speak to someone, they give you an email to contact instead. I tried to be patient and not worry that I was scammed. I emailed them and got an automated response and immediately after I was told that I would be hearing from someone named “Rachel” that never reached out to me however, after several attempts I have not gotten any more responses or updates to my order. I have not been refunded either. This is extremely upsetting and unfortunate for people like myself who work hard for their dollars and choose to support a business not knowing they will be scammed. I hope this place gets shut down.
