Scammers with customer lip service DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Bought 3 jackets for my wife last Christmas, they came a month after initial expected delivery date. Cheap knock-offs sent from China, wrong sizes, missing buttons and falling apart. Got the “keep them and we’ll give you a 30% discount offer from their talented email lip service department, which I declined. Spent the next 3 months in back and forth emails trying to get my money back, which miraculously I did (minus the $50 I had to pay to return the items), but hear from this site that many are not as lucky. DO NOT GET SCAMMED!

PayPal came out smelling like roses!

I should've known something was up when Mastercard declined the transaction. I paid with PayPal. After 12 days of not getting a shipment with a tracking number, I filed a complaint with PayPal, and included the emails that went back and forth between us. PayPal ruled in my favour, and issued me a refund. Mastercard is on to WellWorn. Hopefully, my complaint will get PayPal blocking transactions from them as well.

BEWARE!!! scam website, scam company

I purchased a jacket from WellWorn in March of 2021. The shipment said it would be long, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was prepared not to receive it for a month or two. It's now May of 2022, still no jacket. After contacting them several times via email and receiving all the phony reassurance lip service from their customer support, I still have not received neither my item nor a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM WELLWORN, DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID!

This a scam website to steal your money

why are people allowed to sell online and steal people's money? i ordered about 3 months ago. they said they do not have product anymore and will not refund my money. At this point it is exhausting to try to get my 100$ back. we have exchanged about 40 plus emails and they always say they understand and my situation is the utmost importance etc etc etc complete crap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY WILL STEAL IT

RIPOFF SCAM Central

No one thinks to check for reviews when they are searching to buy something online.
If you one of the wise ones that does let this be your warning. This company advertise one thing and send you something totally different. Then they don’t fill the order right away while the money clears their account. They do SO many shady tactics. It showed my tracking after two weeks before order was so called filled. It showed it going to New Jersey from California before it came to its destination in Missouri.

Now they saying they don’t give refunds. Only store credit. First they insult me with offering me 30% back as long as I kept the trash they sent me which I refused. I don’t want to buy anything else from them EVER.

They have another name they go by ClubGiv LLC

I ordered March 11th 2022 purchased through this website a Jean coast me $104 dollars. They charged me right away. Today date is March 24th 2022. They never shipped. Never answer the phone. False promising that they will send my item immediately but never provide tracking number. I think this business is not a good look.

Refuse to return their horrible merchandise

I bought a coat from Them because their website specifically says they accept returns! It took them over a month to send me the jacket After emailing them repeatedly for a confirmation number and asking them where my product was. I finally got the jacket which was a completely different size than I ordered because all their measurements on their website are wrong and they know it. So I reached out to them for return and they sent me this email and refused to take their merchandise back.

This company took over a month to send me my product after emailing them repeatedly and I never got a confirmation code. Then they finally sent me the d*** jacket that was way too small after spending almost $200 on it. The measurements on their website are complete bull. I ordered A 3X but they sent me A 5X because they knew that their measurements were completely off. Now I'm a single mother of 3 kids and I gotta keep this jacket because they refuse to give me a return even after I check the refund policy 3 times before I ordered the jacket it says they accept returns. Please do not order from them you will get ripped off! This is the copy of the email they sent me and they repeatedly keep denying me a refund!

Buy absolutely nothing from the wellwornstudios website - unless you want to lose money. I didn't get what I ordered for several months, and have been scammed for weeks that I will get my money back. I have lost hope:( Don't buy because you will also lose a lot of nerves, money and feel cheated.

I agree with all the other reviews. Jacket was from china, bought a 2XL to make sure it fit as I am XL and when I received it, the packaging said 4XL and it still didn’t fit! The fur on the hood looks all nice and fluffy but it is terrible quality and nothing like it at all. Do not buy from well worn, total scam !

Well Worn is a complete scam. Do not buy from them. Bad quality products direct from China, and absolutely no refund. They do have a very good customer service that will tell you, always very politely, that their return department will process your request. But will never happen.
I file a return, I returned the jacket and was never refunded, even after months of educated conversation. Can someone do something, please.

I bought my wife a jacket and they sent her a damage item the fur for the hood was missing a latch to connect to it. I told them about it and they said pay for the shipping and they give her a new one. How are y’all going tell someone to pay the shipping when y’all sent a bad item. Waste of money

I bought a jacket for 159.00 I wear an XL in a jacket but I decided to get a 3XL to make sure it would fit. Well it was to small! then I was mad and tried to call company and phone was busy all the time. I tried website but they never got back to me! If I new it cam from china I would have never ordered it! now am stuck with a coat that dosent fit and Im out 159 dollars! BE AWARE AND GO ELSE WHERE FOR A COAT !

I decided to give this site a try after seeing how nice the jackets look. Crazy thing is multiple websites have the same images that are shown on this site.When I place my order I was supposed to receive it in 14 days and received it in 40 days.The customer service seemed great and responded quickly to my emails but there were some things that they didn’t advertise.

1) Products are made in China as soon as your order is placed. That’s the reason for the long delay in getting a confirmation number. My jackets originated in Shenzhen.

2) Products quality is no where near to what is advertised. Overpriced at least 80% more of what it should be worth.

3)They will not by any means let you cancel an order. Online shows 30 days refund. Customer service said 12 hours after which is utterly ridiculous.

Overall will not recommend to anyone and this was an impulse buy. I spent over $200 and I totally regret it.Save your money

I placed an online order for a womans jacket on Oct. 21, 2021. This order has remained in order placed status till this day in my Shop app. I did an image search for the jacket and it popped up on two sites but, not on Well Worn or Sarah Ashley. The charge on my acct. is to Sarah Ashley out of CA. I have contacted Well Worn via email, as there is no other contact venue, and was told to hold off on disputing this charge bc it will come. Everything I have now, unfortunately not prior to placing this order, researched says both companies are scams. I will try to dispute this charge with my bank tomorrow bc enough is enough. My bad for not doing my homework prior to ordering. My advice, skip right over anything you see by Well Worn and Sarah Ashley.

Total scam, ordered an item and the delivery was awful, no tracking number till I asked about it after 1 month. I got it in mail, and it looks nothing like it.

Return is a bust, they only Pay back Certain amount and they do not have free returns.
Cheap material and item pictures are not at all alike.

My Husband ordered me the polar fur faux winter jacket from well worn, $169, he never received a confirmation email, no tracking, item never arrived obviously. We also only ever received the automated email when trying to contact them. Our bank statements said we were charged from Sarah Ashley. Total scam, hope they get shut down!

Super scam bait and switch fake tracking numbers, will place your order send you fake tracking numbers then email you these items are out of order. Recieved one item and it was CRAP did not get refund for unsent items dont waste your money this company should be out of business
