Best Buy had gone through a big change that no longer offered customer service benefits. I could no longer afford the program I had been on for countless years with them. But I would get web root . Which they would call me when I was due. I got an email. I got a disk sent to me. It was odd and I called. Of course I didn’t get to talk to anyone really from Best But and didn’t understand anything I tried to explain. When I found time to stop at a Best Buy of course I already knew I was scammed. They weren’t sure what to do. Well then I’d forget. Well they’re bugging me again. I don’t have time to play games. My identity was stolen in 2016 and I thought I was protected. But I’ve been hacked a few times. My back card had to be changed. The electric Co last week pulled 3 payments of $245 out for pay my. They said I did it!! How can I get the protection back on my account. I thought it was for life. Thank you for your help! ******* *******
