We received a fax for an invoice of $358.80 from Med Pulse. The "service description" was for "Secure Fax Routing Service-Annual Plan" and "Delivery Confirmation Add-On" neither of which we purchased. We have never done business with this company, and it is definitely not who we use our faxing services through.

Received a fax invoice today, March 17, 2026 from this company and/or individual representing itself as Med Pulse for the Office Administrator and addressed to Accounts Payable; utilizing my fax machine, my copy paper and my ink to send this FRAUDULENT/SCAM crap to my business as IF I order or applied for their services(if they even provide a service other than scam tactics). Stop faxing or contacting my business with this mess. I have not applied for nor ordered any fax services or anything else from these people/persons and I would appreciate you not contacting us ever again, or using our resources for this unsolicited mess. As a funeral home business providing services to grieving families, we don't want it, we don't need it, and we don't have time for this mess. Get a real job and stop trying to scam people and their business(small and large)

We received a fax for an invoice of $358.80 from Med Pulse. The "service description" was for "Secure Fax Routing Service-Annual Plan" and "Delivery Confirmation Add-On" neither of which we purchased. We have never done business with this company, and it is definitely not who we use our faxing services through. We tried to email the email address listed on the bottom of the invoice, but never received a response.

Fax requesting money for Secure faxing services. Bill TO: Accounts Administrator PO Box 8664 Metairie, LA 70011 with the Med Pulse address of 9535 Forst Lane, Suite 114J, Dallas, TX (misspelling of forest noted). We do not use this service and have never heard of them.
