I’m writing this review with a heavy heart and a profound sense of disappointment after my experience with We Have Lots of Loads. It pains me to say that this company operates with deceitful intentions and lacks any semblance of integrity or professionalism. I engaged We Have Lots of Loads for transportation logistics services, hoping for a reliable and trustworthy partner. However, what transpired was nothing short of a nightmare. They promised efficiency and reliability but delivered nothing but lies and deception. Firstly, their initial quote seemed unreasonable, especially the Google Pay payment method; however, I disregarded my apprehensiveness after an fictitious employee, Alexis Kelly, created a somewhat believable narrative to justify the unconventional payment method. Nevertheless, once I was locked into the contract, they never delivered upon their obligation. Moreover, the quality of service provided by We Have Lots of Loads was abysmal. Attempts to communicate with their customer service team were met with indifference and outright negligence. An absurd $175 software fee that amounted to no financial gain. I never received the contracted route, which was promised at the onset of our business arrangement. It was a blatant display of dishonesty and a clear indication of their utter disregard for ethical business practices. I urge anyone considering utilizing the services of We Have Lots of Loads to proceed with extreme caution. Don’t be fooled by their polished facade or enticing promises. Behind the veil lies a company that preys on unsuspecting customers, exploiting them for financial gain without remorse or accountability. In conclusion, my experience with We Have Lots of Loads has been nothing short of a harrowing ordeal. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy, deceitful, and unworthy of anyone’s patronage. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this despicable company at all costs.

Never accept any offer that comes from these people
HR LAURA, whoever that is .
These people scammed me for $140 , they will pretend like they have an offer for you and ask you to buy s software so you would have the access to the route but once you give them the money then that's it they run away with your money, they scammed me through Google pay, never pay no one that you don't know through Google pay because that shows you paid somewhere privately, unless it's someone you know but never pay any company through Google pay because your bank won't be able to file a claim so it's a loss for me. They play people I hope FMCSA shut these people down

They asked me to pay $140 to pay for software so I would be able to access the dedicated route we had an agreement on, they will send you all that good stuff thinking it's real , and they will ask you to pay them through Google pay, never do that because Google pay it shows you sent money privately so your bank won't be able to file a claim on that, so it's a loss, they're scammers once you pay them they run away with your money, they're [censored]ing scammers, they even took my personal information.

In response to the we have lots of loads rep who is calling me a liar. I never received an exam to have failed the exam. As a matter of fact, I was told that since I was requesting the payment that was sent in error, ”I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THE EXAM.” You guys didn’t even know everyone had to be HIPPA certified until after you “hired” us. You even stated that on your website, that you have since updated. I guess I made the mistake of not posting my screenshots as well. Here is proof for the world to see.
I can not fail an exam I wasn’t allowed to take

Like the other stories I've read. I was sent a message on indeed about the job received a offer. Did a over the phone interview. Was given the job told I'd make 300 a day $350 on wkends. I was asked to pay for my background ($40). That was weird but was told I'd get refunded on my first check. That's how they ease your suspicions see. So I did the Google transfer. Was told I'd get a call explaining in depth information about the job and the app I needed to download. I did documents for direct deposits (I have since closed that account. Idk if they tried to take anything. But what tipped me off that it was fraud was they stopped replying to emails and calls once I never got my call about the app I needed. They finally got pissed at all the calls and emails and replied saying I needed be patient and I was calling and emailing too much. At that point I was done and knew I had been scammed. I let the whole situation go. They got me with real looking and website. And what's even more crazy is I received a email Friday saying my start date was suppose to be October 23rd but it didn't happen because I didn't send all the required information. They have balls of steel lol

After I received a start date with the company, I made the mistake of putting in my 2 weeks notice with my employer at the time. I did not start on the date I was supposed to start. I patiently waited for weeks for an update on when I would be starting. After almost a month of waiting and no luck with job searching, I randomly received an email from the company about needing to pay $150 for HIPAA and Blood pathogen certifications. The company claimed that they were unaware that it was a requirement before hiring us. Prior to being informed that I had to pay half of the $300 course, I was initially told that the company would be paying for the certifications. I was later informed that they couldn’t so I decided to wait until I had the money to pay. Almost 2 weeks later I received an email from “HR” asking if I still had any intention on working with the company. I explained that I had left my previous employer to work with the company and due to unemployment, I did not have the funds to pay for the certification at the time. I was offered to make a partial payment, complete the course, take the exam and told that the remainder of the payment would be deducted from my first paycheck. I was grateful. I sent the money through GooglePay that evening, 2 hrs after the agreement was made, around 9 pm. The next morning I woke up at 7 am and saw that my bank account had been charged twice by GooglePay. I automatically assumed it was a glitch and immediately reached out to the company requesting for them to send the second payment back. To make an already long story shorter, I was told I would receive a full refund, because they could not give me a partial refund. I was told that I could no longer take the exam for the courses as we had previously discussed since I was being refunded and told to wait 7-10 business days for my refund. I tried to stop the process, because I didn’t understand what changed in that 24 hr time period, but “HR” did not care. I had no choice. I waited. I did not receive my refund in the time period I was given. I reached out to the company and asked when I should expect my refund, then all of a sudden, I was sent an email about the upcoming exam and I was “magically” added to their exam list for the next day. After all the rudeness that I’d experienced and the patience I’d extended over the last month and a half, I, obviously, no longer wanted to work with this company. I continued to request my refund in a few emails, even requesting for someone to call me so we could work things out, but I never received that call. After my final request, The company finally told me that they will not be refunding my money. I realized at that moment that the person I was speaking to was probably ALEXIS. I know I didn’t mention her in the beginning, but before any of this took place, the first email I received was from her. She was UNNECESSARILY RUDE in her initial email to me. I assumed that email went out to everyone that was newly hired. I didn’t like it. I reported her to HR, assuming it was a real company, but after the way I was treated at the end of this whole thing, I just know it was her. I even found out that when she “hired” me, July 26th, giving me a start date of Aug. 6th, the company didn’t even become a legitimate business until Aug. 9th. How can she do this to people legally? What this woman is doing is beyond unprofessional, she’s messing with people’s lives and taking their money. All I was trying to do was pick my business up off the ground. I thought I was finally given that opportunity to work under my business, to work for MYSELF. This isn’t going to slow me down, but I won’t pretend as if I didn’t get discouraged by it. I thought I was doing the right thing for my family by working with this company, but instead I was left jobless at the start of my children’s school year.

They're scams they took $140 from me after asking me to buy their software to access the loads that we had an agreement on, once you pay them they run away with your money, INDEED should do more background check on these scams companies

This is a complete lie. And the fact that you would come on the internet and slander our company is not in your best interest especially if you’re saying you do not have money.

Number one every person who does medical courier contracting has to have a background check and they also have to be certified in HIPAA.. that’s not a requirement that we give.

You paid for the test and took the exam MULTIPLE times and did not pass the exam.. you asked for your money back after you did not pass and we informed you that you can not get a refund because you failed an exam.. that’s not how it works… you also can not come online and say our company is a scam because you failed your test. We can not allow you to deliver anything if you do not possess the certification… This review is false. I’m asking you take it down so we do not have to really sue you.
