Wayfair sold me a pool heat pump that never heated my pool like it was intended in first place. This product is from China. China selling their junk to American companies. Wayfair refuses to take any responsibility on product. China been selling their junk to American companies and Wayfair refuses to do anything about this product. The issue is that China sold Wayfair products that don' t work because they are false advertising in China. Wayfair going along with the China Scam, passing the buck on to American people like me.

I ordered a small Christmas tree on what appeared to be the Wayfair.com website. I realized 10-12 days later I had never received a confirmation email. I checked my orders on wayfair.com and none were listed. However, there is a charge on my ******** cc to ROMORYMSUSD STERLING CO for $48.97. They now have my credit card information, address, name, etc.

Place an “On line order”, with WAYFAIR, it took about 1 and 1/2 months for the order to get to its destination, paid more than $50.00, for a twin sheet set, received partial shipment which was not according to what I was described on line at the time of purchased, called customer service to find out what happened to my order, the person who picked up the phone at the other end said that my order had been delivered and when I explained details she simply hung up on me, so I called back asking to speak to a manager, there was NO manager, they let me talk to a supervisor who said that my order was delivered and that they delivered what I had ordered. This person did not seem to care at all, just listened to me and did not nothing, did not showed any concerns nor offered any type of investigation or any kind of compensation, I want people to know what they are dealing here with this On line business “WAYFAIR”, I feel rob by them, and nothing is being done about it, I understand that most people wouldn’t take the time to come forward and speak up, If you want to avoid all the headaches along with money and time lose don’t buy from them.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I received a phone call on 4/28/17 from a local number- this person left a voicemail stating his name was "Trevor from Wayfair.com business department" He states he had "questions about my recent purchase". I have NEVER purchased anything from Wayfair.com, I immediately knew it something was not right. He proceeded to tell me to call back but left a 844 number to return the call. I call the number out of curiosity, a generic recording played (never stating a business name or any actual information) and told me to stay on the line. I hung up. The numbers are not associated with wayfair.com, according to wayfair's website.
