I was looking for Altra running shoes online. Chose walkingshoes.com because it was comparable to some other offers but they had a few colors. Made the purchase through paypal. The site said I would receive a confirmation email with ETA. I never received an email. Paypal processed the payment to a Carol Mahon. When I went back to look at customer service, there is no address, no contact info, no number, no address, no email address. An email box pops up but I am sure it is invalid. Under customer service it says they sell women's dresses and do not get the products from the "grey" market. Upon searching for reviews, someone else had the same experience but the payment went to a different name. The website is all over the search when looking for shoes. I have never received a confirmation email or a response to any of the emails I supposedly sent on their site.

SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Bought shoes for Christmas and they never arrived. Please don’t be fooled but this website. No tracking info provided and no confirmation email. Seller never contacted us after purchase.

Shopped for shoes at Walking Shoes Club, https://www.walkingshoesclub.com. Completed transaction on website and was received an invoice for the purchase through PayPal from Mitzi Nesbitt. Thought maybe this was a small business and thus was not using the business for the account. Paid the invoice through PayPal. I have not received what I purchased or gotten any follow-up emails. PayPal has the activity on my account so the PayPal part was not fraudulent, just the website and what they offer.
