Generally I do my research before jumping into situations like this, but I was frantic the date this occured. Unfortunately for me, I discovered the ESA letter generated by this company is completely fake. I have no idea if they use real psychiatrists or whatever, but we only needed the certificate for my husband, as his doctor had already issued the letter. I wanted to take advantage of the 2 pets deal (believed it was going to allow me to do my husband's dog and my cat at once for a reduced price) but it only qualified for one animal. I was never asked information regarding a second animal. The site does not ask if you wish to confirm your selections before proceeding to charge you. I wanted more information, but that information is hidden behind a pay wall. I asked Customer Service to reverse this charge, since the verbiage was misleading and indicated more than one animal certification would be provided to us. I was told I would receive a confirmation email, but no such email was sent and no partial or other refund was received. This company is absolutely fraudulent and I am learning my lesson on doing review research before utilizing the services of a company. PLEASE don't fall for this scam!

This company claims to be an accredited business with clinical psychologists that will determine if you qualify for a LEGAL ESA Letter.

It also says; "You will NOT be charged if you do not qualify for an ESA letter from PDSC. All evaluations are free, and orders are not processed until approved by a clinician" and "A quick assessment survey will be sent once you order, and minimal follow up is required in over 95% of orders."

Though I applied late at night, I received a letter that says I qualified within minutes. I never spoke to a psychologist. This is nonsense. I could be a stranger off the street. No one trusts these letters, this is a scam. I tried repeatedly to get hold of customer service, they ignore me and requests for a refund. BAD BUSINESS. SCAM. TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE DISABLED. My neurologist also told me this was a scam and their letter is worthless.

This company is totally fake and their products are a scam. You do receive a letter to prove why you need an Emotional Support animal but on their letter they put a website and states no one can call the doctor recommending you. The letter does not work it is not valid for housing nor travel. Their address is just a front and everywhere you go see reviews everyone shares the same bad experience. Please close this company and return the money you are taking from people in need.

Last year I ordered ESA letter from this company. I called to renew and add my dog on. I sent an email to the same email I had received my letter from a year ago. I soon received a call from “Tammy” who told me it would be no problem to add my new dog on and renew my other dog’s letter next week when the funds were available. She had told me it would cost 80$ to add the new dog Jax on. I gave her my card and she suddenly comes up with a story that I owed them 72$ from last year and that they had tried to contact me for the outstanding balance. I never received a voicemail, a call not even an email from them requesting this. She then tells me they will not give me the letters so I asked for a refund which she claims she issued but still has not reflected on my account. I did research to find out they are known for scamming people. I have reported the fraud for the money I never agreed to issue for whatever they took it for. I was fooled and lied to. Not to mention their documents are fake and claim to be signed by a licensed therapist!
