I am fairly certain this is a scam. "Michael from Voughn and Associates" left a message that I was being sued. He called my parents, sister & brother-in-law. He would not give me information about the doctor who had filed the suit or any court information. He said it was an unpaid medical bill from 2010, when my son was born. At that time I was on Medicaid so all legitimate bills from that time should have been fully paid. However when I informed him of this and asked questions he became irate and hung up on me.
