Order two items that were never received. Tracking of the order was never updated until I reached out email for an update on the order. Received an email back stating they were working on the issue. When I check the tracking for any updates it showed that it had been deleted. Now when I email the company I am not getting any response. There is no phone number listed on the website.

I ordered a pair of Arcade slip-on slip-off sneakers worth $60 from their website. The shipment came from an international location possibly Asia. I received a worthless plastic cheap pair of shoes called Yamaite. I contacted them, they said returning will cost a lot of money for shipping and will take weeks to make a decision if the return is accepted. Instead We will give you 50% gift card toward another purchase so they can repeat the scam. They never responded to my subsequent emails. My AI search described the scam situation that matched exactly what I experienced. I want to make sure no one goes through the same hassle that I went through with this site.

Send a fake shoe, not matching the name brand shoe that I purchased. Said for a refund I’d have to pay a lot in shipping or I could get a 50% discount on another pair of fake shoes. They’re trying to get MORE money after the first scam.

Says they’re in Denver but ships from China.

Northend sent me the wrong shoes! Want me to pay to return them or keep them and give me discount for another purchase. What they sent was cheap crap I don't want and didn't order. SCAM!
