I ordered this product in April. It took weeks to get here and when it arrived, it was a rag. Disgusting quality looked nothing like the picture. I exchanged over a dozen emails with them and they kept trying to just give me store credit or 10% back. I demanded a full refund. She said fine ship it back and when we get confirmation will refund. The item was shipped on June 5 back to China. It cost me $22.40 to send it back to China. The item is stuck in customs because they are waiting for the duties to be paid by the receiver of the returned item. I have sent them numerous emails and get nothing in response.

This company falsely presents itself as being based in the United States. Although the website lists a U.S. telephone number, the address provided is Manegelann 57, 2131 XA Hoofddorp, The Netherlands. However, the items are actually shipped from China and must be returned to China. The cost of returning the items to China exceeds the value of the merchandise purchased, and the company will not provide a prepaid return shipping label. There are hundreds of complaints about this retailer on social media. Unfortunately, I did not research the company beforehand because everything about the website made it appear to be a U.S.-based business.

I ordered 5 sweaters for my daughters and granddaughters because the more you ordered the deeper the discount was. They took forever to arrive and when they did, they were totally polyester and viscose and cheesy looking. They were supposed to be a cotton hoodie with wooden buttons. Instead, they were polyester and viscose. I have been emailing like mad to try and get a return label and my money returned.

A company pretending to be in NC and selling beautiful clothes sold me a blouse. The blouse arrived and was a cheap Chinese knock off that didn’t look anything like the picture. I sent multiple emails to the company and they kept refusing to acknowledge that the picture of the shirt I got was different than the website picture. They said I could send the shirt back to China and they might refund me. It would cost me more to send it back than I paid. I refused. I told them I was going to report them to the authorities and that I was a former Air Force fraud investigator. I am! I guess they thought I was bluffing. I’m reporting them everywhere.

The website shows a boutique store in Wilmington, North Carolina. It has a complete "Our Story" but it is all fake. Once I placed the order, I became suspicious. Four weeks later, I received the items but they are not at all what is in the photos. They are cheap imitations. All crap with awful materials and strange sizes. There is no way to contact the company. The information for returns is invalid. Shortly after I placed that order, my credit card was used for an unusual charge. I had to cancel that credit card. The information for returns on their web page are invalid.

I purchased two linen blouses with embroidery. After a month, two polyester blouses of the cheapest, poorest quality, without embroidery, arrived. No receipt or other information for use in returns was provided.
