Type of a scam Utility

Person appeared at my home door as another contractor(approved), stating he represented Orlando Utility commission and the new approve government granted solar program. In his pitch, he stated "its at no cost to you, the government will pay for the installation. He informed me that Orlando utilities only had to approve it. He stated the roof needed to be assessed and a contractor would have to go into the attic, and would have to check the meter on my home. It has just gotten pass from the last election. I informed the man that I do not do business with solicitor at my door. He inquired of the monthly amount of utilities. I responded with an average of around 180-200 dollars. You can get great saving through tax return. I informed him that I would review his company and decide over the next week if I had interest. In less than an hour, my credit report revealed a Hard inquiry from Solar Mosiac ,IN, 426 17th street 6T, Oakland California 94607. Phone # 888-305-94607. In calling this number, it indicates that it is invalid. the address on Fugerson street from the card is deemed an invalid address. my credit profile has been accessed without my consent and caused a decrease in credit score.
