Type of a scam Online Purchase
I telephoned the company and was told that the "purchase agreement" stipulated that there was a 14-day trial period and if one was not satisfied, one could return product with no further charges.
At the time I ordered the product I saw no such "purchase agreement."
The customer service agent insisted that the money was properly charged, but offered to cancel the account and refund 50% as a courtesy.
I insisted that the entire amount be refunded.
In checking online I find that this company and its distribution agent have been the subject of countless BBB complaints.
I have requested that my credit card company dispute the charge.
