Ordered vitamins from VitaSold, never received them and lost $70

I was trying to purchase vitamins online from VitaSold.com and the website displayed the lowest price for the vitamins I was trying to get, (Rompe Quistes y Tumores (100 Tabletas 500mg) 100% ORIGINAL). I entered my payment information and received a confirmation email. I purchased the vitamins on May 21, 2023 for $70 and have yet to receive the product or receive any response from the business.

I replied to that confirmation email on June 26, 2023, contacting them at [email protected], stating I have yet to receive the product.

I never received the vitamins I ordered from Vitasold

I bought vitamins from Vitasold.com that is supposed to be natural. Have not received any notification about shipment or tracking. I paid $159.00 and bought it on February 26.

Can't cancel order or contact vitasold after website error

My husband and I are going through IVF and needed this vitamin from Vitasold (vitasold.com). I entered my information and when I hit submit it change the state from IL to NY. Now there is no way to contact them or cancel my order. I tried emailing [email protected] but got no reply. The attached phone number just says mailbox is full. When you go to their website and click request refund - nothing happens. So I started researching this company and discovered many complaints about them including an F rating by the BBB. I would love to be able to get my $121 back, IVF is extremely expensive and every $ counts for us.
