I believe this to be a puppy scam. There is little to no contact information on the site. They will not tell the consumer where they are located. There are misspellings on the site and it is using the name of a puppy that is real. A whois search reveals the domain is new as of last month.

My wife fell for this scam. Even after I warned her that the website was suspicious due to numerous grammar errors, inconsistent pictures of the "product" being sold, and of course the fact that they only accept payment through Western Union. The site claims to be a Chihuahua breeder, and shows various puppies that can be purchased. My wife attempted to purchase the dog anyway, and was scammed out of $250. I do not understand why websites like this are allowed to stay up. I checked with their registrar (GoDaddy) and they will not do anything about this.

Type of a scam Business Email Compromise

So I was in the market for a teacup chihuahua and I found VIP Chihuahuas filled out a request application for a puppy named Lexi. I received an email stating she was available. I called and talked to Brandon Burrows. He sent me info on how to pay. Which was through money gram. I have the receipt. We got everything settled and he was shipping the puppy to me. The carrier that was sending the puppy wanted me to send $750. For pet Ins. I called Mr. Burrows and told him that I didn’t have that kind of money and mind you this was on 2-11-19 Monday. He told me I would get a full Refund Tuesday 2-12-20 by 9:30. I waited til 10:00 am to call Mr Burrows and he didn’t answer. So I called at 10:30 and my number was blocked. I then proceeded to use my daughters email and phone number to request about a puppy named Diva. Through my daughters email he contacted me saying Diva was available. I asked him to call me and Mr Burrows did. I told him who I was and that he was supposed to be refunding my money and he hung the phone up on me. This was a Valentines gift from my husband and I got scammed.
