Similar to previous report. Scammer from ViolaRoland.com said I have the same last name as someone who passed away and left $11,550,300.00 with no family to claim and offered to split the money.

"Kaito Viola" from ViolaRoland.com reached out with a letter that looks somewhat legit. It was notifying my husband that he had the same last name as a "Robert Evans" who had died. Robert Evans had a "permanent life insurance policy." No one has come forward for the claim so they contacted my husband. Kaito asked to consent to be in partnership for the claim policy benefit in the amount of $11,550,300.00.

I recieved a poorly copied letter from a Viola Davis LLP employee named Kaito Viola stating that a potential relative died leaving 11 million dollars and wanting me to provide personal information. The letter came from the company Violaroland.com. The office was in Toronto, the letter came from Greensboro, NC.

Received a letter at my home in USA from Violaroland.com stating an individual with my same surname who was a real estate investor and precious stone dealer had died 2 yrs earlier from COVID. There is a payable on death policy to be claimed with a monetary deposit of $11 million. Requested my contact information. 10% of $11550300.00 to go to charity and remaining 90% to be split 50/50. Letter stated that the claim requires a high level of confidentiality. Asked for consent to be in partnership with the sender of the letter and for permission for my name to be added to the policy. Letter with postmark of Greensboro, NC in USA (Piedmont Triad Area 24 Mar 2026 PM5) with USA postage affixed to the envelope

A scam letter from ViolaRoland.com claiming that they are a law firm in Canada and that one of their clients is a real estate and precious stone dealer who died and has a large inheritance of $11,550,300. Letter asking for strict confidentiality with 10% of the money going to charity and the remaining 90% shared between us.

I received an letter in the mail from Viola Rowland LLP (from ViolaRoland.com) saying that someone with the same last name as me who had been a real estate investor and precious stone dealer died of COVID-19 two years ago. He had an unclaimed payable on death savings monetary deposit of $11,550,300 and they were looking for family to claim this benefit. They asked for my name to be put on the policy where all proceeds would be processed on my behalf. Luckily I booked it up and found it to be a scam.
