I had went to this store to have them handle my package oversea to Vietnam, believed owner of the store steal my smart phone along with stuff I shipped back to Vietnam. Store owner alway blamed custom steal my stuff? I advised him to proved me documents show if I sent stuff in the box. He told me he will not let me see bill of lading showing what I shipped. After 2 + weeks party recieved my package I sent from this cargo company that smart phone is not in the box. As on Yelp a lot of people got scammed due to unlimited English speaking. When people let this kind of company handle package his excuse is custom take your stuff. Believed Yelp has a lot of negative feedback. I believe Vien dong has different location all has negative feedback about missing item when arrived oversea to Vietnam. I went back to the store on August 20 he stated I did not have smart phone in the box? I told him how I you let me walk out your store without tapping my box and he told me you will take care of my box with shipping label on top of the un close box and documents not list what I'm senting. I do feel awkward while walking out the store. I feel owner prepared to take item out if the box, in my mind I did think look this does not look right and still want to leave the box un close. Wish they can check camera or investigate how people give then business but reciever oversea get item that are valuable and are not getting valuable item will be missing.
