Victor Zane charged me $500 to upgrade my online store. Then he charged me another $500 to build a funnel to get customers to my store. I sent gift card that he said was empty, so I sent another $500 and got in touch with Eneba said it had money on it. The store had problems and he wanted $1500 to fix it. I shut it down. I told him to do funnel on another store. He wanted another $300. I asked him for my money back. He said no. It was for service fees. There were smaller payments made to make up difference.
