This site came up when I decided to order tickets to see Michelle Obama. The site looked legitimate so I ordered tickets for a venue in Boston, MA where I live for Saturday, November 24th. The tickets sold to me were to see Michelle Obama at a venue a thousand miles away in Chicago on Tuesday, November 13th. I did not realize the error for a couple of weeks and when I attempted to get it rectified, I was told my only recourse was to re-list them on their site. I am 99% sure the error was not mine since the two choices are several rows apart on their site.

As of 6 days before the event my tickets have not been resold and my demands for a refund or exchange have been denied by the customer service department. Not only are their prices higher, but their processing fees were over $100. I realize I should've been more selective with choosing a vendor since after researching this company it appears they were chased out of the UK due to mounting investigations, and their online reviews are abysmal. This company should be shut down.
