Type of a scam Online Purchase

Tried to buy a Sims 4 expansion pack bundle game for my son at a good price on this website. An email was sent from confirming my purchase and then another email confirming if I wanted to proceed because it's not an online game like Origin or Steam where I can get automatic updates. It will be an offline game. After agreeing, I was expecting to just get a license code and download the file. Seller sent multiple file links which took about 3 hours to download and I had trouble installing the files after because it said the files were corrupted and the serial number provided was invalid. I emailed again and tried to search on Google if they had a tech support phone number so I can speak in person. To my surprise, they did not and I found out that the email addresses were from a personal Gmail account without any name of who is sending the correspondences. After replying to them they kept wanting to know my computer information when all I wanted was a refund. At the end they are saying all sales are final which they did NOT specify in the receipt or after wanting to confirm.

Overall, this place is sketchy and I don't recommend buying any games from them. The way to retrieve and the fact that there was no real customer service personnel or tech support shows that it is a scam. The only thing I can do is report a credit card dispute with my credit card company.
