I received 2 emails to go to this website: www.verizonadministrativechargesettlement.com or call 844-689-0186 to file a claim to receive at least $100. Ignored the first email and then received a reminder to submit claim before April 15 and they used notice id: VAC00031699491 and confirmation code: gxY79aPkYPFq. Upon going to the website, submitted last name and a drop down with my name, address, and email appeared. Next, they wanted a confirmation of email that was given. Next step was to submit payment information. Stopped at that point and am contacting ScamPulse.com to report. Have submitted claims before and never had to submit payment info.
